Questions

Do hours expire?

Hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused hours expire at that point.

Can I purchase additional hours once I've used my block?

Yes — you can return to this link at any time to purchase another block at the applicable rate.

What's the refund policy?

Unused hours may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Hours that have been scheduled or completed are non-refundable.

How do I book sessions?

After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a scheduling link. Use it to pick times that work for you.
